This gender parity in the workforce is maintained in terms of high level staffing positions.
Indeed, the AMMC female staff stands for 50.4%. This dynamic is enshrined through 53 % of female workforce hired since early 2018.
This parity is maintained at all levels, as 50% of the Executive Positions are held by women.
