Publication au Bulletin Officiel de la circulaire de l’AMMC n°02/18 relative aux sociétés de gestion d’Organismes de placement collectif immobilier (OPCI)

Le 22 avril 2019, a été publié au Bulletin Officiel n°6771 l’arrêté n°3149.18 du Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances portant homologation de la circulaire de l’AMMC n°02/18 relative aux sociétés de gestion d’Organismes de Placement Collectif Immobilier (OPCI).

Cette circulaire, qui vient en application des dispositions de la loi n°70-14 relative aux Organismes de Placement Collectif Immobilier, a été élaborée en s’inspirant des meilleures pratiques et standards internationaux. Elle fixe notamment :

Rabat le 24 Avril 2019 - En présence de Monsieur Zouhair CHORFI, Secrétaire Général du Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances, une convention, entre le Ministère et l’Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC), a été signée, le Mercredi 24 Avril 2019 à Rabat, par Madame Nezha HAYAT, Présidente de l’AMMC et M. Mohamed EL KHARMOUDI, Directeur des Affaires Administratives et Générales du Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances.
